At Feners, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in их original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
